Lewis Black to close out January line-up at Fallsview Casino

    Caustic comedian to perform two shows featuring trademark social,
    political commentary

    NIAGARA FALLS, ON, Oct. 22 /CNW/ - Comedian Lewis Black - the
self-professed "Foremost Commentator on Everything" - will bring his cranky
brand of pointed social and political humor to the Avalon Theatre at Fallsview
Casino Resort at the end of January.
    Black, a regular on Comedy Central's red-hot The Daily Show with Jon
Stewart, will perform shows at Fallsview on Friday, January 30, and Saturday,
January 31.
    Best-known as a very intelligent and somewhat controversial comic, Black
- a graduate of the Yale School of Drama - is also a successful actor,
playwright, producer and author.
    In addition to his regular appearances on The Daily Show, Black has acted
in numerous plays, movies and TV shows. His book - Nothing's Sacred - debuted
on the New York Times Bestseller List. He is also the author of more than
40 plays, which have been produced in theaters throughout the United States.
    Black has been featured in two HBO comedy specials - Black on Broadway
and Red, White and Screwed.
