opinion research organization, will host the first day of its annual Congress
tomorrow, September 23, at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal.
The 2008 ESOMAR Annual Congress will look at how research explores and

9:25 a.m.: Keynote speaker presentation by author, broadcaster and former
BBC Chief News Correspondent, Kate Adie on crossing and
working on Frontiers and the parallels between market research
and journalism.
2:00 p.m.: Keynote speaker presentation by President of the ILD
(Institute for Liberty and Democracy), Hernando de Soto
considered by the Economist to be one of the two most
important think tanks in the world, on the "knowing powers"
required to conceptually model the world and nail down
identities, information, and contracts across the globe
