MONTREAL, Nov. 26 /CNW Telbec/ -

Speech title: RISK is not a four-letter word!

    Monday, November 30, 2009
    Noon - 2 p.m. (speech at 1:00 p.m.)
    Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel
    Ballroom
    1201, René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Montreal

The financial crisis has sent companies and regulators alike into a defensive posture where risk is quickly becoming a four-letter word. Stifling creativity, discouraging risk-taking and moving toward standardization will cause more damage to companies in the medium to long-term than risk-taking will. The financial sector in particular needs to develop strong leaders with a strong ethical sense who understand risk and who see how risk can be used not only to create long-term sustainable profits, but to create wealth and a better way of life for our society as a whole.

We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you to this most interesting luncheon presentation.
